Terms of Service — Om.AI Pro

Plain-language summary (not a substitute for the full text): Om.AI Pro generates Vedic astrology consultation briefs and charts to assist your professional practice. You are responsible for the advice you give your clients and for having your clients' permission before entering their birth details. Subscriptions are billed via Razorpay and renew automatically until you cancel; a one-time brief pack is a single charge that does not renew. Refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

1. The service

Om.AI Pro lets you compute Vedic birth charts (including divisional charts and dashā timelines), generate AI-assisted consultation briefs, run compatibility (Gun Milan) analyses, and keep private per-client notes, predictions and consultation history. The briefs and analyses are generated using astrological computation together with AI language models and are provided to support your professional judgment, not to replace it. You remain the astrologer of record for any advice you give your clients.

2. Eligibility & your account

• You must be at least 18 years old and using Om.AI Pro for a genuine professional or business purpose.
• You must provide accurate account information and keep it current. You are responsible for all activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in credentials secure.
• One account is for one practitioner. Do not share your login or resell access to the console.
• You are responsible for compliance with the laws, licences and professional standards that apply to your astrology practice in your jurisdiction.

3. Your clients' data — your responsibility

To use Om.AI Pro you enter the personal data of third parties — your clients (their names, dates, times and places of birth, gender, and any consultation notes you add). This is the most important part of these Terms:

• You are the controller of your clients' data. You decide why and how that data is used in your practice. Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you act as the Data Fiduciary for the client data you enter, and Om.AI acts as a Data Processor handling that data on your instructions to provide the service.
• You confirm you have the right to enter each client's data, including their consent (or another lawful basis) to have their birth details and consultation information processed by Om.AI Pro for the purpose of preparing their reading.
• You will not enter a person's data without that permission, and you will honour your clients' requests to access or delete their information. Deleting a client in the console removes their record and associated notes, predictions and history.
• Om.AI will process client data only to provide and maintain the service, will apply reasonable security safeguards, and will not sell it. How we handle data is described in the Om.AI Pro Privacy Policy.

You are responsible for obtaining the consents described above; Om.AI is not responsible for your failure to do so.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use Om.AI Pro for any unlawful, fraudulent or harmful purpose, or to harass, profile or harm any person;
• enter personal data you have no right or consent to process;
• reverse-engineer, scrape, bulk-export, or resell the underlying models, data or API, or use the service to build a competing product;
• attempt to bypass usage limits, the paywall, or any security or rate-limiting measure;
• present AI-generated output as a guaranteed prediction of a specific event, or use it to make claims that are deceptive or that you cannot professionally stand behind.

5. Subscriptions, billing & auto-renewal

• Free allowance. New accounts include a limited number of free consultation briefs so you can evaluate the service. Charts can be generated without charge. Once the free allowance is used, continued use of briefs requires either an active subscription or a one-time brief pack.
• Plans & price. Om.AI Pro is offered as a recurring subscription: ₹999 per month or ₹9,999 per year. All fees are in Indian Rupees (INR); any applicable taxes are shown at checkout.
• One-time brief pack. As an alternative to subscribing, you may buy a pack of 10 consultation briefs for ₹299 as a single, non-recurring purchase. Pack briefs do not expire, are consumed only when a brief is generated, and are used only after any free allowance is exhausted. A pack grants no subscription rights and does not renew.
• Payment. Payments are processed by our payment partner, Razorpay. By subscribing you authorise Om.AI, through Razorpay, to charge your selected payment method the subscription fee on a recurring basis.
• Auto-renewal. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or yearly) at the then-current price, until you cancel.
• Cancellation & refunds. You can cancel at any time; cancellation stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of the current paid period. Refund eligibility and timelines are set out in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
• We may change plans or pricing on prospective notice; changes do not affect the period you have already paid for.

6. Intellectual property

Om.AI owns the Om.AI Pro platform, software, design, and the astrological computation and prompt systems that power it. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the service for your professional practice while your account is in good standing.

You own the client records and notes you create. The consultation briefs and reports generated for you are yours to use with your clients in the ordinary course of your practice; you may not redistribute them as a standalone product or service that competes with Om.AI.

7. Astrological & AI disclaimer

Vedic astrology is an interpretive discipline. Charts and briefs produced by Om.AI Pro are generated by astronomical computation and AI language models and may contain errors, omissions or interpretations you disagree with. They are provided for your professional consideration only.

• Output is not a guarantee that any event will or will not occur, and is not legal, medical, financial, psychological or other professional advice.
• You are professionally responsible for any guidance you give your clients. You should apply your own expertise and judgment and not rely solely on the AI output.
• You will not represent to your clients that Om.AI Pro's output is infallible or that Om.AI guarantees any outcome.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Om.AI provides the service "as is" and "as available" and disclaims all implied warranties. Om.AI will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, goodwill, data, or business, arising from your use of the service. Om.AI is not responsible for the advice you give your clients or for your clients' reliance on it.

To the extent any liability cannot be excluded, Om.AI's total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the total subscription fees you paid to Om.AI in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

9. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold Om.AI harmless from any claim, demand, loss or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the service, your breach of these Terms, your professional advice to your clients, or your processing of any person's data without the necessary right or consent.

10. Suspension & termination

You may stop using Om.AI Pro at any time and delete your account. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, misuse the service, or for non-payment, or where required by law. On termination, your right to use the service ends; we will handle remaining data as described in the Privacy Policy.

11. Changes & governing law

We may update these Terms from time to time; material changes will be notified through the service or by email, and continued use after the changes take effect means you accept them. These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes are subject to the courts of India.
